They offered help, transport and hospitality on Wednesday 19th November when the road flooded and was officially closed to traffic.

What a fantastic assembly P2 performed! As they are studying the different weather conditions, they wanted to show how much they had learnt. The children provided us with 3 mini sketches which were their own interpretations of the seasons and weather forecasts. WELL DONE!!!!

We saw witches, ghosts, goblins, devils, pumpkins, Draculas, pirates and zombies! A big THANKS to our wonderful parents for such a yummy snack.... We enjoyed the great activities the teachers prepared for us. Thank to them we made pumpkins and cats, withches´ hats and wands, bats, told scary stories in the dark and even practiced a dance. At the end of the day we dance to Michael Jackson´s very famous song "Thriller"!!!!!!!

English-British-International-School-Las Palmas-Maspalomas camaraDear Parents, we would like to inform you that on Friday 10th October the children will have their school photo. We would like the children to come dressed in their winter school uniform (green polo-shirts, school skirt or grey trousers). They may change into their P.E. kits after having their photos taken. The children in K1 and K2 should come to school as normal in their P.E. kit.

We enjoyed their funny jokes, terrific dances and wonderful singing. A performance to remember!!! Afterwards Pilar´s father showed us photographs of their childhood here at Canterbury Maspalomas. What wonderful memories. Weren´t they darling!

This was the first time in years that all of the different age groups were joined in 9 teams. The older children helped the younger ones to enjoy the many activities the teachers had planned. Everyone received a certificate for participating. The team that scored the most points received First Place Reward Certificate! A great way to start our Summer Holiday!

His fantastic story on conservation was chosen from 1.500 entries. SUPER!. Miss Fefi promoted the competition allowing the children in P3+P4+P5 time during class to write their stories. Well done, Lucas! and thanks you to Miss Fefi.

All of the children did very well singing and performing the traditional songs. Thank you to all those parents who provided some delicious food for our breakfasts. Margarita made sure we ate a yummy snack also. The teachers worked hard to teach the children their songs and dances. A special thanks to Miss Fefi for organizing the performance.
