Dear parents,
We are now preparing our annual ski trip for pupils and parents.
PUPILS MAY NOT TRAVEL ON THEIR OWN. THEY MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS OR AN ADULT WHO AGREES TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM
The trip is being organised by Viajes Barceló and will be to Soldeu (Andorra) during carnival week from Sunday the 22nd to Saturday 28th February 2009

SKI TRIP TO SOLDEU PROGRAMME
22nd FEBRUARY.- GRAN CANARIA – BARCELONA - SOLDEU
All members of the group should be at the airport at 05:00hrs for luggage registration. Our flight UX9034 leaves Gran Canaria at 07:05hrs and arrives at Barcelona at11:20hrs. A coach will be there to take the group to the hotel in Soldeu in time for the evening meal..
23rd to 27th FEBRUARY.- SOLDEU
Breakfast and supper will be taken at the hotel. The mid day meal has been arranged at the restaurants on the slopes where we will be skiing during the day.
28th FEBRUARY- SOLDEU – BARCELONA – GRAN CANARIA
After breakfast the group leaves for Barcelona. At 15:45hrs we reach the airport for luggage registration. At 15.45hrs we take flight UX9043 to Gran Canaria where we will arrive at 20:10hrs.

THE COST INCLUDES
- Direct flight Gran Canaria – Barcelona – ( non-residents pay extra)

- Five mid day meals en the slopes.
- Sj lifts 5 days from Grand Valira for adults
- Ski lifts 5 days from Soldeu for children.
- Renting ski equipment

- Ski instructor for every 6-7 adults
- 10 hours ski course for adults
- Ski instructor for every 6-7 children
- 15 hours ski course for children ( 2 hours in the morning 1 hour in the afternoon)

THE COST DOES NOT INCLUDE- Washing clothes, telephone calls, nor any other previously unspecified extra..
NOTE.- These prices have been calculated on October 2008 to travel between the 22 and 26/02/2009. Any increase in the cost of the air-flight, hotel or reduction in the number in the group (80 people) will oblige us to make the corresponding changes.
