Dear parents,

I trust you have had an enjoyable holiday. May I take this opportunity to wish you a happy new year

Since the 8th of January we have started the hard work in School, in all year groups and particularly in S4,S5,S6 as these students face very important exams in a few weeks. In order to succeed in these exams it is essential that students spend a great amount of time working at home

Unless it is an urgent matter, we would be grateful if lessons were not interrupted. Should you have a message for your son/daughter please tell the Main Office and one of the secretaries will make sure the message is communicated, once the lesson is finished

Dear parents,

A warm welcome to our new school year to everyone. A special warm welcome to all our new K1 pupils, the majority of whom seem happy and settled with us already. A warm welcome also to our new teachers; Miss Juliet K2C, Miss Libby K3B, Miss Claudia K3C and Miss Araceli class assistant. We would like to take this opportunity of reminding all parents about our school rules and to thank-you in advance for abiding by these:

Identify cards K1. , Identify cards K2. , Identify cards K3.

The school is organising a Saturday morning playgroup for the pupils in Ruben Dario. The activities will be conducted by a Chinese teacher so that the children in the group will begin to have an understanding of this language. We are introducing this activity with a view to incorporating it as an optional third language which is introduced into their weekly timetable when they are older. As Chinese is vastly different from most European languages, we believe that children should have contact with it as young as possible and in the most agreeable way: all small children love to play.
