Class of 2016 Destinations

Colegio-Privado-Internacional-Britanico-Ingles-Las Palmas-Maspalomas-English-School-promocion2016It is the start of new adventures for our recent graduates, in a great variety of destinations which includes world renowned universities such as Cambridge and Imperial College London. We are very proud of all you and wish you all the best in this new stage of your lives!

For the great majority of students, summer is synonymous of a great release from the tensions and demands of the term time routines; no exams, no presentations, no homework and no school!

However, for S6 students even though many of these sentiments are shared, the imminent break away from Canterbury School and step into new horizons draws closer each day. After what for most of these young people was a long wait, the external exam results were finally published in August.

For most students this meant booking plane tickets, buying clothes suitable for cooler climates and accepting the realization that the moment to fly the nest and spread ones wings had finally arrived. It is a source of immense pride for the staff at Canterbury School to see that the entire year group has found courses that they are truly looking forward to studying in destinations where they feel they will be able to grow personally, academically and professionally.

We wish you all the very best of luck in your higher education experience and look forward to welcoming you back sometime in the future.
