I am writing to inform you that Parents Evening will take place on Thursday 16th February 2012  4.15-6.15 pm. During this time you will only be able to see the form tutor, who will have general information about your child.


Following the letter sent home on Tuesday 10 January, please find attached the itinerary for the projected trip to Dublin next June.


Former students and their parents are welcome to join us for Certificates Evening to be held on Friday 3rd February 2012  at 7.30 pm in the school theatre. Students need to attend dressed smartly as this is an academic ceremony in which students receive their diplomas of the IGCSE, AS or A level examinations held in June 2011, Attendance must be confirmed in writing to   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. In response to various requests from both parents and pupils, we have included  a recommended reading books section (Infant, Junior, Secondary) on the school web.  We hope that this method will help you obtain them more easily as it is frequently difficult to find such books on in Spain  and they are usually offered at a very reasonable price on line.

teacherDue to professional reasons the teacher Antonio Martín will cease teaching in the school from Monday 19th December. A new teacher, Raquel Reyes, has been appointed to teach Spanish in P6A, P6D, S1B, S1C, S2D and S3D. We thank Antonio Martin for his work over the last few months and we welcome Raquel Reyes.

For the first time, we are proud to take part in the charity organised by San Bartolomé de Tirajana Townhall in collaboration with Cáritas, The Red Cross and the Lion´s Club. The charity, “food and toy campaign” caters to those needy people on our island. The idea stems from “a little of you, is a lot!.

Maspalomas_Christmas_ShowDear parents, On this day only we will ask you to drop your son/daughter off directly at Rancho Park (from 8.15-8.30) dressed ready for the play, (the clothes will be sent home Monday 12th December). The school will open both parking areas if you would like to leave your cars there. It is imperative to be on time as we wish to start the Christmas Show punctually at 9.00 sharp. Those children arriving after 8.35 will not gain access and will have to sit with their parents and watch the play as a spectator.
