It explained their first capital city Tenochitlan and how it was conquered by Hernan Cortes. Super job, P4!

Colegio-Privado-Internacional-Britanico-Ingles-Las Palmas-Maspalomas-English-School-assembly4P2 children turned into Circus Performers showing us great skill and dexterity on the Tight Rope, Juggling, Turning Cartwheels, Taming Lion and Elephants, Miming instead of talking and being funny Clowns. It was a truly entertaining afternoon. Well done!

Colegio-Privado-Internacional-Britanico-Ingles-Las Palmas-Maspalomas-English-School-lagranjaP2-P5 Maspalomas spent a fun filled day at "La Granja" in Arucas. The students learned all about Canarian trees, banana plants and how to cultivate locally grown produce.

Miss Paula ´s class reminded us of many funny incidents that happened during their journey through the years spent in Canterbury Maspalomas.

To explain the differences between Carnivores and Herbivores they had a "dance off." Both groups were terrific and won the bet! Well done K2!

The kids started their great day posing for photos in their wonderful costumes. The parents enjoyed discovering their identities or what they really were!

Colegio-Privado-Internacional-Britanico-Ingles-Las Palmas-Maspalomas-English-School-kaliseP2-P4 Maspalomas students went to Las Palmas to visit the Kalise Factory. It was a wonderful experience as they were able to see first-hand how the workers made the ice-cream and yogurts.

santa2The last week of the First Term was a lot of fun in Maspalomas. On Monday the children and teachers had a great day. Santa came to visit!

P1020050What fantastic plays the children performed for us! All of the teachers and children worked super hard to learn their lines, to dance beautifully and to sing sweetly the two children´s Nativity plays.
