Exact times will be communicated to students closer to the date of exams; although normally, if they are in the morning they should start at 8:45 am, and if they are in the afternoon they should start between 1 and 2 pm. Changing the date of exams is not possible, as they take place internationally on the same day and this would become a risk of confidentiality.
Students must be in the examination room 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Students must not be late for exams, as the school would need to report this to Cambridge or Edexcel. They may decide, for security reasons, not to mark the script of a student who arrives late to an exam.
Mobile phones must be disconnected and left out of the examination room. Should a mobile phone ring during an exam, the school is obliged to inform Cambridge or Edexcel.
Needless to say, cheating is severely punished and may lead to disqualification.
Please take some time to read the document with Cambridge International Examinations' exam regulations for students.
